Ibifuro is an innovation manager and a champion of design thinking as a tool for the development of customer-centric technology solutions, with a track record of creating and implementing successful design thinking led product development programs.

She is an expert in digital financial services.

Ibifuro had her first degree at University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom where she studied Chemical Engineering and further had her Masters’ degree at the University College London, United Kingdom, where she studied Chemical Process Engineering.

Her core competencies are in the areas of Product Development, Performance Analysis, Customer Engagement, Economic Analysis, Design Thinking, Customer Engagement Strategies, Financial Analysis and Competitive Analysis.

Ibifuro’s working experience started from the United Bank for Africa as a Graduate Trainee and later joined Stanbic IBTC. She rose through the ranks to become an Innovation Manager.
