Oluwabunmi T. Oladimeji is the Team Lead, Admin and Finance at Wider Perspectives Limited. She is a Master’s Degree Holder in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration, and an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.

She is dedicated, committed, and multi-skilled, with over ten (10) years’ experience in Administrative Role, Finance Management and Human Resource Management. Her core role cut across Human Resource duties, all Financial matters, including handling employee’s benefits, onboarding, and exit interviews of staff, while maintaining strong compliance with the firm’s policies. She is assertive in taking decisions and solving problems, with excellent organizational and interpersonal communication and strong team spirit.

Her Administrative and Financial Management experience is being utilised in all aspects of the firm’s project implementation and execution.
