Benwari Tarinyu is the Team Lead of the Talent Management Unit of Wider Perspectives Limited. He has handled and organized trainings, seminars, and symposia for corporate bodies, financial houses and the oil and gas industries.

He is a prime graduate of the JCI University.

As an expert in Personnel Selection he has implemented projects for Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority (GPHCDA), Frigate Upstream and Energy Services Limited amongst others.

He is the project manager for the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) – Education Support Services and has handled several other development projects as project manager, some of which include: Facilitation of a Community Content Business Leadership and Business Clinics Workshop on behalf of SPDC, Development Training Programme for Nigerian Agip Oil Company Indigenous Contractors, Business and Personal Development Programme on behalf of IFC&MTN.
