He is an expert in Economic Development, Capacity Building, Sector and Company Diagnostic, Surveys, Reviews, Strategy Design and Implementation and Sustainable Development. He has an MBA from Liverpool University.
He is also a certified trainer of trainers from international reputable organizations within and outside the Country. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, Fellow, Nigeria Institute of Management, Certified Trainer on Business Edge one of IFC’s SME management solutions, (International Training Fellow - ITF) of the JCI University, USA and Centre for Management Development (CMD), Nigeria. He is a mentor of mentors.
His work experience includes Coopers and Lybrand Associates (Management Consultants) as Economic and Public Policy Consultant and Ernst and Whinney Consultants as Resident Consultant - Port Harcourt. He was also Consultant to the Rivers State Energy Bureau and part of a Team that developed a new Community Interface Model for a major Oil and Gas Company.
Kalada Apiafi has conducted training sessions in various parts of the world including Japan, Burkina Faso, Cameroun, Denmark, Gabon, Nigeria, Ghana, Tunisia, South Africa and India.
He has been involved in a number of Development Planning including : Co – coordinating an International Workshop on Packaging SME Projects for Financing on behalf of Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME) and Africa Project Development Facility (APDF), Consultancy Services to Nigeria Association of Small Scale Industrialists, Rivers State Chapter. He Co – coordinated a Highly Effective Business Writing Course for APDF, Feasibility Study on Oxygen Production, Monitoring and Supervision of Community Enterprises and Micro – Credit Schemes for a Major Oil Company, Investment Plan for a State Government, Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) Sector Study, Niger Delta Regional Development Master plan and a Lead Consultant for the 2011 Rivers State Investors Forum He also carried out Risk and Vulnerability Assessment ( South – South Nigeria) for the World Bank, coordinating a Business Improvement Programme for Indigenous Contractors (BIPIC) for a Major Oil Company and International Development Agency, Development of Blueprint for One Village One Product Scheme for Northern Nigeria, Revolving Loan Scheme Management Workshops for All Farmers Association of Nigeria, Rivers State.

He is actively involved in Junior Chamber International (a worldwide Federation of Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs) and in 1997 was conferred with Senatorship of the organisation, making him a life member, in 2015 – 2016, he was the Adviser for the Outstanding Young Person of Nigeria.
Edughom Hanson is an Economist and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA). A Management Consultant with over 15 years experience and a Professional Member of the Learning and Development Network International (LDNI).
Learning and Development Network International (LDNI) is a registered professional membership association established for the promotion of Learning & Development (L&D) practice in Nigeria. In 2018, she was the Conference Chairman for the LDNI Port Harcourt Conference.
She is a certified trainer of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Business Edge Program, now under the Learning and Performance Institute. Also a certified trainer of the Centre for Management Development (CMD) and has committed over 10 years of her career building the managerial skills of owners and managers of Small and Medium Enterprises.
She is also involved in the design and delivery of scheduled and in-house courses.
Edughom is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and was an Elected Council Member of the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA).
Jacob Abaye is the Team Lead of our Sustainable Development Unit. He plans and implements the execution of client assignments in the area of Corporate Community Consulting with particular emphasis on Monitoring and Supervision of Community Development Projects for Shell Nigeria host communities.
He implemented the AFREN Participatory Rural Appraisal (PNA), Participatory Needs Assessment (PNA) and helped the Communities develop a Community Development Plan (CDP)
He has Monitored, evaluated and reviewed several Micro-Credit Schemes in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria which includes National Poverty Alleviation Programme (NAPEP) and presently the Project Coordinator Implementation of SPDCs’ Global Memorandum of Understanding (GMoU) Project in 4 communities. The GMoU is a strategic management community interface model, aimed at addressing business, in line with community social sustainable development through funding and institutional development. The community is now responsible for its development process.
He is a certified trainer of General Health, Safety and Environment of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals and Center for Management Development (CMD) Nigeria.
More so, his experience also includes Business Enterprise Training (BET) for Youths from Northern Swamp, Jones Creek and Ugboren Communities in Delta State.
He was the project coordinator for the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Tracer Studies conducted on behalf of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) H-Block Neighboring Communities which includes Odioma, Okpoama, Beletiama, Twon-Brass, Ewo- ama, Diema in Bayelsa State.
Benwari Tarinyu is the Team Lead of the Human Capital Unit of Wider Perspectives Limited. He has handled and organized trainings, seminars, and symposia for corporate bodies, financial houses and the oil and gas industries. He is a prime graduate of the JCI University. As an expert in personnel selection he has implemented projects for Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority (GPHCDA), Frigate Upstream and Energy Services Limited amongst others. He is the project manager for the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) - Education Support Services and has handled several other development projects as project manager, some of which include: Facilitation of a Community Content Business Leadership and Business Clinics Workshop on behalf of SPDC, Development Training Programme for Nigerian Agip Oil Company Indigenous Contractors, Business and Personal Development Programme on behalf of IFC&MTN.
Hope Prince-Iroha is the Team Lead of our Strategy and Practice Development Unit. She develops the firm’s short and long term strategic goals for the firm and client firms and seeks out partnership opportunities with external vendors and organizations. She has undertaken several projects on SME development and training.
She ensures the attainment of the firm’s objectives through effective management and efficient coordination of the operations of the Corporate Strategy Business unit and provides direction and leadership towards achievement of the company’s vision, mission and business strategy as it relates to Corporate Strategy unit.
She is a Certified Trainer of the JCI University and Trainer of Trainer for the SME Toolkit Nigeria.
She was the assistant programme coordinator for the World Bank MSME BDS Nigeria Project and presently supervising the Abia State SMEs Development Project.
Adaobi Umeh is an Economist and Business Analyst by profession. She is the Team Lead of our Economic Analysis Unit. She plans and implements the execution of client assignments in the area of Economic Analysis, maintaining high standards of efficiency, effectiveness and quality. She has undertaken several feasibility studies for various companies and SMEs.
She has an M.Sc. in Business Analysis and Consulting from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, and is a member, Association of Business Practitioners (ABP) United Kingdom.
She carries out the surveys, develops the feasibility studies, financial analysis and business plans in her unit. Some assignments she has carried out include: Developing a Financial Plan development for the establishment of a high- end Asian restaurant in Lagos State, Funds Mobilization for an Oxygen Gas Production Firm, Business plan development for the Establishment of an Assembly Plant for digital set top boxes and other TV signal receiving apparatus in Nigeria, Business plan development training of beneficiaries of Elano Investments Entrepreneurship Development Program, Feasibility study and Business plan development for a new Petrol station in Owerri, Feasibility study and Business plan development for a new Palm Oil Mill in Owerri, Business Plan Development and Funds Mobilization or the expansion of a Poultry farm, Feasibility Study and Business Plan Development or the expansion of Reece International School, Business Plan Development and Funds Mobilization for a new Greenhouse farm, Business Plan Development and Funds Mobilization for the expansion of a medical and Industrial Gas production company.
