Lasbry Aka is the Team Lead of Special Projects and Conferences. Lasbry holds a Master’s Degree in Management (Business Policy) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt. He is an experienced corporate event planner & coordinator. He has managed several corporate events, including conferences, workshops, forums, and exhibitions for clients.

He was the project manager of the maiden NCDMB R&D Zonal Workshop, the maiden Bayelsa State Education Summit, 2nd NCDMB Research and Development Fair and Conference and WPL flagship Conferences which holds annually. He was part of the team that managed NCDMB Business Mentoring Workshop, NAOC Regulatory Compliance Workshop and NAOC R&D Forum/Exhibition of Emerging Technologies.

He is a recipient of Wider Perspectives Limited maiden Leadership Award in 2020 as the most outstanding Staff Member for the year and also the first recipient of WPL maiden Best Team Player Award in 2021.
