Idongesit Jackson is the Team Lead of our Strategy and Practice Development Unit. He develops the firm’s short and long term strategic goals for the firm and client firms and seeks out partnership opportunities with external vendors and organizations. He has facilitated several projects on Strategy.

He ensures the attainment of the firm’s objectives through effective management and efficient coordination of the operations of the Strategy and Business Development Unit and provides direction and leadership towards achievement of the company’s vision, mission and business strategy as it relates to Strategy and Practice Development Unit.

He is a Member, Nigerian Institute of Management

Idongesit was a member of the team that implemented the GEM MSME Project which objective was to give training support to the selected MSMEs in 5 intervention areas namely, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Management, Human Resources and Operations.
