Ndubuisi is a retired Director in the Abia State Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He has been a strategic partner of Wider Perspectives Limited since 2011 to date. He had his educational qualifications both in Italy and Nigeria.

He is a Member, Nigerian Institute of Management and Founding Member, Nigerian Institute of Marketing and, at different times worked in various capacities with the Abia State Government as Formal Member, Abia State Technical Committee on Privatization and Commercialization, Secretary, Abia State Development Fund Planning Committee, Chairman, Abia State Consultative Committee on National Policy on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME), Member, Abia Polytechnic Governing Council, Chairman, Marketing Committee Ugwu Abia and a host of others.

JajaWachuku has vast experience in Project Management, Industrial Promotion, Investments, Incentives and Disseminations.

He is married and has children
