Team Lead: Economic Analysis

Adaobi Umeh is an Economist and Business Analyst by profession. She is the Team Lead of our Economic Analysis Unit. She plans and implements the execution of client assignments in the area of Economic Analysis, maintaining high standards of efficiency, effectiveness and quality. She has undertaken several feasibility studies for various companies and SMEs.

She has an M.Sc. in Business Analysis and Consulting from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, and is a member, Association of Business Practitioners (ABP) United Kingdom.

She carries out the surveys, develops the feasibility studies, financial analysis and business plans in her unit. Some assignments she has carried out include: Developing a Financial Plan development for the establishment of a high- end Asian restaurant in Lagos State, Funds Mobilization for an Oxygen Gas Production Firm, Business plan development for the Establishment of an Assembly Plant for digital set top boxes and other TV signal receiving apparatus in Nigeria, Business plan development training of beneficiaries of Elano Investments Entrepreneurship Development Program, Feasibility study and Business plan development for a new Petrol station in Owerri, Feasibility study and Business plan development for a new Palm Oil Mill in Owerri, Business Plan Development and Funds Mobilization or the expansion of a Poultry farm, Feasibility Study and Business Plan Development or the expansion of Reece International School, Business Plan Development and Funds Mobilization for a new Greenhouse farm, Business Plan Development and Funds Mobilization for the expansion of a medical and Industrial Gas production company.
